Had a 2 stage interview traveled from North of England to Leicester. Observed a full day and really liked what i saw with the ability to progress within the business. Currently still there and enjoying every single learning opportunity

There are 2 steps for the interview. The first one was very casual. The second interview was where they show you what the business is all about and how to progress. At the end of the day, you need to do the interview test which is not difficult but you need to pay attention during the day and the information they tell you.

The interview process is intense and immersive. This is the only real way for you to grasp what the business is about; the values and higher standards they have is to get fully involved. Not your average sit down interview but gets you alot more involved with the process. Helped me alot more in making my decision in my next careeer
