I had my initial interview today at 3:05PM with Alex. It was a great experience, I reached 30 mins early and Sol, from the front desk greeted me with a big smile and a big welcome. She is very friendly. Alex on the other hand was full of energy you will never have a dull moment. There are several stages to the interviews to narrow down the candidates. The further in the interview process you go the more in depth the interview process becomes and the more of the company you are shown.

The company emailed me about multiple vacancies in this company, but I only chose and was only interested in the Junior Account Manager role with this company. After replying to the email I was invited to attend an interview with them. I attended the interview (which lasted literally 7 minutes) and they were only looking for someone in sales/marketing. After the interview, I was supposed to be contacted about the Junior Account Manager role within 36 hours but did not receive any response or feedback. Overall, I wasted my time and money by attending the interview (I came for the Junior account manager role, not sales). In short, they are just a recruitment company looking for people who want to get into sales.
