It was a scam Pyramid scheme-esque company looking to exploit young graduates Don't ask any relevant questions, just gaslight you with false praise and empty compliments They try to rush you through their fake application and interview process as quickly as possible so you can start working in a fake role in their fake business

The initial telephone interview felt very impersonal, I did not feel like they were speaking to me for me, they had no info about me and hadn't read my CV. Despite this, I got a very enthusiastic email about impressing the team and would be part of the second stage interview. This was a group Zoom call where we were all muted and instead listened to a presentation; no room to ask questions or contribute anything ourselves. It all felt very impersonal. The next stage was to write an email about why you'd be the ideal candidate, though I did not do this stage.
