Spoke with the location supervisor, their current radiation safety officer. Upon passing those on-site interviews, spoke with the CEO and CFO of the company. CEO and CFO had a lot more questions about the actual radiation safety (which I was upfront about not having prior experience with) than anyone else, which was odd.
