They conducted a one-way interview where they ask specific questions and you record yourself in a video back to them. The format only allowed you to record the video on the spot so if you messed up you had to keep retrying...it was really awkward. Would have been (a little) easier if it could have been one long video or a video call so there's someone you are communicating with rather than just communicating with yourself and having no energy feedback. Really wanted the position and I'm well qualified for it so all in all I'm a little bummed about the format.
