Every candidate they interview must complete a 4+ hour Excel test regardless of the relevance to your role. Also, a GMAT-style analytical test. After an initial HR screening, it took almost a month to schedule the next interview. Apparently, this was because they had a big layoff, and everyone on the team this role lived in was let go. Finally had an interview with the new hiring manager/team lead, and the questions asked were vague and far outside the scope of the entry-level role. Ultiamtely was tol dthey went with someone whose experience better aligned, which was interesting because the job required no experience and I had eight years of it. My guess is the job description changed internally, and they were looking for someone who could fulfill some of the roles they eliminated people for...all on an entry-level salary, so best of luck to whoever suffered to earn the role. Overall huge waste of time and pitiful salary ranges.
