The interview process I had at AlphaSense was truly unmatched in how positive it was from start to finish, and it makes me feel even more excited about accepting my offer to join a company that treats candidates really well! The recruiting and hiring team at AlphaSense was prompt, transparent, engaging, respectful, and more throughout the process. There were 5 rounds in total (including a case study deliverable/presentation) and the AlphaSense team kept the process moving as quickly as possible, which candidates like myself always appreciate as the waiting part is always nerve-racking. AlphaSense's kind and helpful recruiting team continuously provided clear and timely updates on what the next steps would be, who I'd meeting with, and when they would take place based on my provided availability. During each round of interviews, it was also clear to me that each and every interviewer was focused on finding the right candidate for this role. They weren't just simply going through the motions of each interview. The interviewers came prepared to each round with an organized structure to the interview and engaging questions prepared. The questions I was asked and the case study gave me the chance to thoroughly understand the role. One thing I also really appreciated is how I never felt 'grilled' at any point throughout the interview process. Every interviewer treated me with the utmost respect, and they made each interview feel like more of a conversation. This made me as the interviewee feel comfortable right off the bat and even more excited about joining an organization where the strong culture is reflected well even in their interview process. When I received my offer to join the AlphaSense team, it was a no-brainer to me in accepting following this overwhelmingly positive interview process I'd just experienced. I can confidently say there were no red flags, and it was green flags all around that I got the sense of throughout the process!
