What a waste of time. It’s a bunch of people with no direction and no background in what they are doing who are directly thinking they make an impact. I wasted my time meeting everyone from this company. most of these people had backgrounds in everything but the product and industry they were in. Journalism and psychology, yet lead finance? These people arent pioneers in their respective industries, just puppets to upper management. The job seemed to have no autonomy to do your own thing. They’d rather puppeteer behind the new hires and desires to be in NYC. I’d rather be in the NYPD
The interview process involved five stages with four different interviewers, including a cold-calling exercise and a presentation. It thoroughly assessed communication, resilience, commercial awareness, and overall suitability for the role.
