Interviews consisted of: one pre-interview coffee chat, one automated interview with an AI interviewer, one shorter behavioral interview, one brief case study, and one in-person interview with a partner. The final interview was the longest and covered my intended career trajectory and how long planned to be at the company.

The case study was a mock expert finding task. In the final interview, the interviewer asked about other positions I was considering, what I would hate (yes, hate) about the job, and what my long-term career goals are.
