Applied through an online recruiter who reached out. Got a lot of insights on the process and questions to be asked, so that is fine. Skipped AI, Hr - 30 mins, second round case with random industry and mock call (very easy, just memorize a script, don't stress at all - just prep for negotiations). The final round was supposed to be 1 hr but only ended up being 26 mins (and the interviewer was around 3 mins late, so I had to drag the questions to some 7-8 minutes). IMO, I kinda fumbled some questions in the final round, even though the interviewer seemed impressed. Its been around 4 days so I do not think I am getting it.

Biggest achievement? A lot of emphasis on career (why this, what you want to do 5years down the line)? What are some traits of the top 5% associates?
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
