first one is conductes via vidcruiter, as a pre-recorded video interview. they give a set of questions one by one, with a short preparation time followed by a limited window to record each response, and the whole process typically takes around 15–25 minutes.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
