I sent in a resume. I was then invited for an online interview. The interview consisted of 4 questions with a time limit over a webcam. The answers would then be uploaded. Research of the company is heavily recommended. During the interview, it was better to get to the point rather than drag out the answer.

Describe in your own words, what alphasights does.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
