They are looking to gain a better understanding of how you find and leverage your will to succeed, what motivates you and how this is aligned with AlphaSights.
After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.

1st round was an online recording interview. 2nd round was with a recruiter and was a behavior based interview, 3rd round was a case interview. The final round was a behavioral based interview asking some basic questions about you.
