They got back to me within a couple days with their AVA (Alphasights Video Assessment). It involves a video interview where questions will pop up on the screen and you will have roughly 30 seconds to record your answers. The process was pretty easy, and I applied straight from their website to multiple locations. You are asked to only submit the AVA for your preferred office. The recording software was a little bit uncomfortable, since there is nobody to talk to, but you have ample time to practice using it prior to the actual interview. Still waiting to hear results.
