phone interview: - describe what AS does - why did you apply to AS? - competency-based questions: describe a time when you had to lead a team - questions about past work experience face-to-face interview: - questions about past work eperiences - long-term/short term goals, motivations - where else have you applied to - who are AS competitors - they explained to me what the BREAD process was (brief, research, engage, assess, deliver) - they asked if I had any questions Case study: I have not done this yet but it will be case study using the BREAD process
