HR asked in-depth details about your background and was curious why applicants applied for their position. HR was nice and she was able to initiate a casual conversation with applicants in order to understand how clear do applicant understand the job duties.

Why do you apply Alphasights? What makes the job attractive to you?
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
