Colloquio
Step 1: Online application.
Step 2: Video Responses. They show you a question, give you 30 seconds (?) to think of an answer, and then you have a minute to respond to each question. There were 4 questions in total, and you do not get to re-record and watch your responses.
Step 3: 1:1 HR Interview with the recruiting team in HongKong. It took about 45 minutes and
Step 4: Case Study. I was given three options and had to pick two of the three. The cases were difficult and a bit pushy. I had to research and pick two potential advisors in specific and relevant industries that were the best fits to reach out to in order to get questions answered. I could’t find right experts so they gave me some guidance and feedback on my answer.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
