Applied through a recruiter. Had an initial video interview where I had two technical challenges with two different software developers. The challenges where traditional leet-code style challenges.
After passing the phone interview, I was invited to a day interview. The day was very pleasant but also relatively challenging. We worked in a group to design an app idea and then had to implement a technical part of it (shortest route in a graph). The final part involved talking through our idea and seeing how we worked as a group. After this, I had an HR style interview and another technical interview discussing my CV projects and a whiteboard exercise.
The overall day was enjoyable and we got a free lunch. It was fun meeting members of Alphasights and the other interviewees.

3 rounds: competency questions with HR, technical take home assessment, final round with Hiring manager and Technical lead. The technical assessment wasn't too difficult and required you to finish within 3 hours. The final round was split into two separate 45 min interviews, the first was with the Hiring manager and Technical Lead which tested your knowledge of the company and asked general competency questions. The second interview went through your technical assessment asking why you made certain decisions how you could improve, etc.

The initial screening is a CV screen followed by a take-home coding assignment. If you pass that, you get invited to three rounds of interviews that are split between culture and technical interviews. The final round of the interviews consists of three back-to-back interviews.
