I applied through my career center at school. The job listing was posted by a third-party recruiter. After two phone interviews (background, interests, aspirations, etc.), I took a short personality test and then was asked in for an on-site interview. The on-site interview was nothing unexpected: walking through resume, speaking with four individuals, two at a time. I then did a short case study in which three questions were posed on the future impacts of certain events in three separate industries. I then had to choose two of those scenarios and use a laptop to find relevant people that could be knowledgeable on providing more insight on the issue. I then had a short discussion with their head of ops for NY.
