First you have a phone interview with the London office, then a set of online video interviews. On the first phone interview make sure you know the difference between the job and consulting. The first round is an hour interview with the HR team, mostly based on you, your background, your understanding of the job etc. Some minor industry knowledge can be helpful. The second round is two case studies with managers. This step takes two hours. During the first hour you receive two brief, then have 15 minutes to find experts online. You have to explain your choices and reasoning, talk about how you break down the value chain. Show a good understanding of their BREAD process. In the second part, I had some role play scenarios with clients and experts, as well as behavioral questions. The last stage is an hour interview with a VP. This is completely based on your background, the choices you made, your motivations/passions, and career path.
