Send in my CV and Cover Letter, was later invited to a video interview. It's live as it is five questions and you have 60 min to prepare for them. Basic questions as "What does AlphaSights do?", "What others position to you apply for?", but also unexpected as "What was the latest book you read?" and "Who do you admire the most?".

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
