Video interview through an online platform lasting for 5 minutes in total. You will have 15 seconds to think and 1 minute to answer. There are 4 questions and all of them are based on your own background and the understanding of the company. Nothing therotical. Advised to be dressed formally.
After you fill in the application, you get an on-demand video interview. It has a variety questions testing your rapid answering skills. You get about 4 days to complete this interview but have to do it in one sitting.

Very long and lacked professionalism. After reading more on reddit I am unsure that alpha sights is legit. The Interviewer is very kind and chill but I would have expected a more formal process for such a "Professional" "High-End" company. I wore a suit while they were in a t-shirt.
