Questions include basic behavioral questions such as describe yourself, why do you want to work for this company, can you give some examples of what we've done, and so on. Case studies came second where they bring you a case and you have to aim to solve it and use external resources like linkedIn and google to find people to help solve a problem in the case study

Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

I attended the Tokyo Career Forum in the summer and happened to walk by their booth and decided I might as well do a walk-in interview. They had me sit down at their booth for a 5 minute screening process but I did not get a call-back for the next round.
