The communication has been clear and straightforward. After the online application I have received the information regarding the online video interview. This was composed of 4 written questions and 5 video questions to be answered between 30 secs to 1 min (they give you 30 secs to prepare your answer). Overall all the questions have been mentioned by other reviewers so nothing new on that side. It is a bit different to answer to an interview in this manner, but nothing impossible to overvcome.

I think that overall the question, "how do you measure success in the professional service industry" might probably been the hardest one among the ones sumbmitted.
I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Colloquio
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
