I did the recorded video questions and got through to a first round interview. You do get a second shot to record your answers, and possible even a third but I didn't want to risk it. My questions were like ones discussed here, what does alphasights do? What are the major challenges faced by professional services firms? A personal one, and what book I am reading at the moment. Do practise answers and try see exactly what you can say in the minute talking at a good steady pace!

I would say it was a pretty standard behavioral interview. They asked questions in both Japanese and English since this was for a position in Japan. It was conducted over Zoom, if I remember correctly.
via zoom. first round was casual just some questions and explaining the company, the second one they had me prepare a case study and do research and then proceeded to tell me everything i did wrong. needless to say did not get an offer
