I got the email from their recruiting team--very friendly--and ask me to do a video interview. normal questions but you need to wear biz formal and keep your room neat. dont look like you read your prepared answer, I guess one question i took a look on my answer paper and it really look bad

Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
