The phone interview lasted for around 10 minutes.
Questions about personal information were asked in English and questions about the company were asked in Japanese.
The Japanese recruiter specifically said that I will only be doing the interview (2nd round) when she actually had a surprise language test with limited time. My friend was told prior, so I thought that was unfair.
And also, the recruiter being late to the first two interviews was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
