Step 1: Online application. Included a 250 word response on how you already embody one of their core values. Step 2: Video Responses. It's a bit odd since no one is on the other end. A question comes up on the screen, you have five-seconds to read it, and then you get an allotted amount of time to respond. You do not get to re-record and you do not get to watch your responses. Questions such as What has been your biggest failure? When was a time you did not think you would make a deadline? Why AlphaSights? Why this position? When was a time you were entrepreneurial? Step 3: Google Hangout. I have scheduled this part but have not yet completed it.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
