I was approach by AlphaSights after they look at my LinkedIn profile. I started with a quick phone interview to check my details on LinkedIn and make sure I had understanding of the role and company. I then went for a one on one meeting to continue the conversation around my CV and LinkedIn profile. They asked me more about University background and job roles that been in. More importantly they asked me about where I was heading and what I want to offer to any company. I then had technical interview to validate my knowledge and my background as the role had some specific technical needs. This was followed by a video interview with the person doing doing the role in their US office. This was focused on my skill sets for training and personality with dealing with difficult situation and how I would deal with them. Also the complex and confusing comic book question. Then my final in person interview with the manager of the role. Looking at the culture of his team and the company as a whole. We also discussed what the role looked like in the US and how the person would do the same this in the UK. A final video interview which was a quick chat about everything covered so far and to talk about the salary. During the whole process they kept me up to date on how my application was going.
