I learned about the job through my university and applied online. They asked for a short, written blurb about one personal characteristic that makes you a good fit for the company. You have several options to chose from. After that I received several email confirmations encouraging me to learn more about the company and a third that asked me to record myself in a virtual interview. They sent a link that sends you to a portal where you are prompted to set up your webcam and sound and answer a practice question. There were probably five questions an your response time is very limited (usually 30-60 seconds). They asked questions about what kind of music you like and what you do in your spare time all the way to what are three things that you want to improve about yourself in the next year.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
