An on line video assessment. They present you with questions, you have 5 seconds to read and collect your thoughts, and then 30 seconds to answer. Very tough to think of things that quickly and also sound coherent so make sure you know your answers to generic behavioral questions. I just completed the video assessment last week and got an automated email that I will hear from them in 2 weeks. Definitely make sure to read up on the company a lot before doing this. Also, they use this video screening to make sure you are normal/ more than just a resume. So if you aren't comfortable with speaking off the cuff then this will be tough.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
