First there is an application form with which you upload your CV and rather than filling out a cover letter, you simply response a question like 'Describe yourself with 3 words and give detailed explanation for each word'. I passed this part and then there is an automated video interview process where someone, pre-recorded, asks you 5 questions about anything (you may expect surprising questions like who is the most inspirational person in the world?) You have 15 seconds to think about the question and 30 seconds to answer it. I could not pass this phase. My opinion: Since this is a intensely client facing role, you need to have a communications skill close to native. Good luck
