Applied through college recruiting. Had to do a whole bunch of testing and then the video interview. Pretty much all the questions they ask are listed on glassdoor, so just go through them and make sure you have an answer for each one. I thought it went pretty terribly for me since I got cut off on half the questions I was answering, but I think they're just trying to see how much of a "real" person you are. Got invited to a google hangout though. After logging on for my google hangout, I waited there for 10 minutes with no call from anyone. I finally checked my email and saw that my interviewer had apparently tried to call me. I frantically called her back. The interview was so annoying. This woman spoke SO fast, and I was kind of stressed after having missed her call so what should have been a 30-40 minute conversation turned out to be about 15 minutes. It was totally scripted and she wasn't at all involved in the conversation, she just spit out questions and I answered them. It was pretty terrible. I think they interview a lot of people so maybe she just tries to get through the interviews as fast as possible, but it was not a good experience for me as an interviewee. Needless to say, I wasn't asked to move forward for another interview.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
