Three round process including a case study like situational interview in the second round. First round was mostly going over resume. Final interview with senior management had behavioral questions and felt more like a conversation. Make sure to look through the materials they send you to help you understand the company's business. Also this is more of a sales role than consulting.

How would you pitch AlphaSights when recruiting an expert?
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
