Applied online, 3 days later received email prompt to complete Cangrade personality and AlphaSights (AVA) video assessments. After two weeks sent a follow up email and AS replied to schedule a Google hangout interview. Interview questions were largely behavioral but were tailored to your resume/personal experience and adapted with the conversation.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.

Good so far but the case study requiring you to already do the work for them, not ideal as while I am in agreement when it comes to testing skills however I did think it was too much given also the fact that I am also in another job.
