The Second Round Case Interview is with one of the managers, and comes with 1. a take-home case that they will send you prior to the interview (takes around 30 minutes), 2. another case during the interview (5 minutes), and lastly 3. a mock cold call. The process is easy to understand, and the staffs were supportive. I then got invited to the Final Round (not being interviewed yet).

Brief self-introduction. They basically want to know if you have the business acumen, ability to learn and develop quickly, motivation in the role, and ability to make cold-calls.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
