First round was a case study interview. Case study sent shortly before the interview. Exercise to review documents and respond to a client request. No external knowledge needed. I felt I was being tested on my ability to structure my response and choose what is important and what to leave out.

It was absolutely rapid fire, very stressful and the time constraints made it difficult to leave an impact. They are primarily looking for people who want to climb their corporate ladder and interview heavily showcased that.

The interview process at AlphaSights was transparent with quick updates provided after each stage. I believe there is about 3/4 stages, with the last stage being in person. The other stages consist of virtual interviews and a assessment which would be sent in advance.

Received an interview request 4 days after applying and quickly scheduled a video interview. They sent preparation materials but they were more geared towards their associate position. The actual interview was a general first round.
