After passing the initial screen, I participated in a live interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my background, interest in the role, and how I navigate fast-paced environments. The final round involved a case study in which I was asked to simulate a client request by identifying relevant experts and explaining my approach, demonstrating commercial judgment and structured thinking. This was followed by additional behavioral questions focused on cultural fit and alignment with AlphaSights’ core values. Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and the interviews were both challenging and engaging.

Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
