Screening phone call with easy/normal behavioral questions, second round case study and mock exercise where I acted out a phone call with a potential client, third round behavioral with manager where we discussed the case study and more questions about my personality and experience

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
