I got past the initial call and had the first interview. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. I was asked questions on past experiences, successes and challenges, etc. I was slightly surprised not to have passed that stage because the interview had gone quite smoothly. Unfortunately, I was not given any feedback "due to the high volume of candidates at this stage".

First interview 'case-study' is essentially trying to see how you react to criticism on the case study you completed before hand and if you make note of them later on when you make 'mock' phone call. Final interview with VP is more about getting to know you
