Focussed on basics of computer science. Asked questions based on competitive programming. They expected a good understanding of operating systems. Overall experience was good. The interviewers expect rigorous thought process behind every answer that you give.

Alphonso came to my campus for recruitment. There were four rounds: 1. Online Test 2. Technical Interviews (x2) 3. Cultural Fit Round The online round has questions on cs fundamentals, machine learning, and coding problems. The first technical interview has easy coding questions. The second technical interview involved discussion on various cs fundamentals. The cultural fit round was with the CTO and was discussion on future interests, etc.

Due to COVID-19, the interviews were virtual. We first had a pre-placement talk(Alphonso had one of the most interactive pre-placement talks that I have attended and it was amazing as it helps each student know what exactly they are applying for). Followed by that, we had an online hackerrank test consisting of algorithmic coding problems, computer science fundamentals and a few machine learning questions. After that I had 3 rounds of interviews assessing my coding skills, computer science fundamentals(more application oriented than theory) and past experiences.
