I recently contacted an RV company because I am interested in purchasing an RV. They transferred me to sales and it went to voicemail on a Saturday. I said that I would like to get a quote for a specific model with the price for all the add-ons. I received a quote by email on Tuesday. If you were the sales representative, describe the conversation you would have if I contacted you with a question about the generator option on the quote.

Our goal is to build a world class sales team for online HVAC sales. Are you prepared for an intense job that requires attention to many different customers, your phone ringing off the hook in July, a structured sales process, a lot of metrics, accurate product recommendations, competition, outbound phone calls, asking for the sale, routine, working consistently from home, a CRM system that requires accuracy and administrative skills, reliability and tough management?
