      Colloquio per Case Manager

      Candidatura

La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Alpine Home Medical (Salt Lake City, UT)

      Colloquio

Interview with at least three staff members but it unclear what every person’s role is, save the main supervisor. Questions are obviously catered to the manager’s personal idea of being able to “read people” but is actually throwing out generalizations (“You have anxiety, don’t you?” — every single person would say yes to this question). I believe the point he is trying to make is that he “understands” and will be the “employee’s manager” but it felt to be more about creating his image and basically wasting time. Questions posed by other staff members are very obviously based on issues they are currently experiencing (a lot about attendance, one very specific question about handling a question from an employee at a different location. It was too specific to answer without knowing details of the company and operations). By the end of the interview they had dragged in 6 more employees for introductions and to allow current staff to throw out a random question. This was possibly another part of the efforts to have an unconventional interview, but it was simply overwhelming and confusing. The whole process strongly implied there would be a guaranteed element of chaos occurring regularly in this environment.
