I got an interview inviation phone call from the HR soon after my application. It is nice to have a quick response from the company. The first round interview included two parts. (1) Written test: I was not previously informed by the inviation phone call and the confirmation email that I was required to complete a written test. The test divided into two parts. The first part was mathematical questions (~junior secondary level percentages and economic profit & loss questions) in Japanese, while the second part was N2~N1 level Japanese grammar MC questions (have seen similar questions in N2/N1 exams before) and questions on the correct use of keigo in business Japanese. The time allow of the test is 20 minutes. (2) 2 to 1 face-to-face interview last for about 25 minutes. The interviewer was the HR officer and the HR manager. The second round interview happened three days later. The interviewer was the HR officer and the Japanese senior manager.
