I applied online with CV and cover letter. Then I submitted a case study which has 2 tasks. One, talk about a company and two an interesting question. In the final interview, I had 2* 1-hour interviews with 2 interviewers each. The first one is based on CV and the second is based on a case study.

Around 3 interviews in the office (some with multiple people) + 1 psychometric test in person at the very start. A mix of competency and talking through their investment process.
