HR first asked me for my notice period and I replied them. Also they know that I require sponsorship so they sent me immigration program.
After this all discussion, they scheduled my prescreen round. It was normal. HR told me that they will reply me in next 3 days. I didn't received any reply. So I emailed them back after waiting 5 days to ask about my feedback. They replied that your notice period is more so we don't want to move further. This is strange.
If they know my notice period before scheduling prescreen still they scheduled my prescreen and now replied like this. I replied that I will negotiate my notice period but they didn't replied on that.
They wasted my 12 days in this all meaningless process. I found here, HR process is totally unsystematic and un-professional. They don't understand value of time of candidate. They asked my notice period on first day of application and they found concern on 12th day after prescreen round.
