I interviewed at Baypointe. I would say it was somewhat unprofessional. The desk clerk was watching videos. When this clerk called the person I was supposed to be interviewing with seemed bothered by the fact that I was there ( I could hear her on the call), and called another staff to handle me. This other person wasn't rude but was visibly tired and didn't seem to want to be there either. I was taken to an office, no tour of the work area, no meeting other staff or anything else. Years prior, I had interviewed here and it wasn't like like.

The first interview is with HR and lasts about 10 minutes, shorter than your waiting time. It is extremely rushed and begins with their offered salary for the position and typical daily tasks. If the interview goes well they will call you to set up a second interview. They do not have a time frame in which you can expect a call back and it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to assist you.
