I applied online, and it was a typical hiring process. Interview with HR over the phone, Initial Interview with a Test Director, Technical Interview with 3 people in the QA Team.

The interview process was elaborate but smooth. The interviewers, managers and HR were really supportive throughout the whole process. There were 4 rounds of interview. 1. Technical interview on a third party website. 2. Technical interview with the tech lead. 3. Managerial round. 4. A meeting with the VP and Director (not really an interview, but a conversation) I had two offers in hand at that time, but without a doubt I chose Altair, because of the support I received throughout the whole process. And its been two years since, I can say it was a great decision.
