Submitted resume to general email and recruiter called a few weeks later. Followed the interview process. The process included 2.5 interviews if I consider interaction with recruiter as 0.5 interview. Interviewers were nice and questions were all based on my resume.

I saw the openning through university and applied online. First there was a contact from the hr and then a remote interview which was very generic and seemed that they didn't really know what they wanted to hire. After that i was supposed to receive an answer but it never happend, even though I contacted them multiple times

Screening interview was fine after that the quality of interviewing went downhill on their part as you interview with higher ups in the company, follow up response time either very long or not at all.
