The interview process started fast and furious, daily next step interviews until.... complete radio silence for three weeks, no responses to emails regarding the status. Finally, received the standard thank you but.... email. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.

They were very transparent along the way, which gave me more interest.
Funny thing is, they posted the job again, a week later, with increased salary level. Hmm, must have gotten a great candidate!
